Our Respite Accommodation
At On The Move, our respite accommodation is designed to offer a peaceful and supportive planned getaway or emergency accommodation that is only a stones throw away. Located in the heart of Maitland on a large property with Wallis Creek flowing through the middle of it. It offers a unique opportunity for participants to take relaxing walks, disconnect and explore at their own pace all awhile staying on the property.
The property is also home to a variety of animals, providing unique opportunities for interaction and connection. With a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment, our accommodation helps participants recharge, reconnect, and create meaningful experiences tailored to their needs.
If interested, participants are provided the opportunity to assist with tasks relating to the care of the animals allowing for more meaningful connection and development of understanding and skills.
