What our customers say

"The OTM team has been assisting me with therapy, hydro, and even support. I need 7 days a week support, and these guys have always stepped in when other companies let me down and go above and beyond in meeting my needs. They are always able to accommodate my various requirements including personal care, shopping, accompanying me on walks and even cleaning my house. By far, it is a great company with a wonderful team of dedicated staff."

"OTM stepped up for my grandson when no other support companies would assist. Other companies said that we lived too far out and no one would help us, but Jo and the team at OTM have been amazing! My grandson has had a smile on his face each day when he is accompanied to the park,
beach, petting zoos, you name it, and they do it! By far the best
company we have found."

"Jo first came to help as a therapy assistant in 2016, supporting my
mobility and helping me to walk again! I could not be more thankful for Jo, and after all these years, she continues to go above and beyond for her clients. Jo is not just a therapy assistant to me, but my friend. She is so special to me and has changed my life so much!"
