At OTM, we offer a broad range of Allied Health and Disability Support Services throughout the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Port Stephens, Manning Valley and Central Coast.
OTM aims to create an environment where every individual is treated equally, with respect and receives the support and care they require and deserve. We offer exceptional professional Allied Health and Support Services to all our clients tailored to individual needs.
Individual Staff are matched with clients according to their needs and requirements to enable the client to gain the most from the care and support offered to them. Once a relationship is established between a Client and Staff member, this arrangement will remain in place as long as possible providing consistency for the Client and optimize the Client/Staff relationship.
Although prior notice of required support work is preferred, OTM will always endeavour to assist clients with little or no prior notice.

A “Meet and Greet” can be arranged at no cost to the client with any of our dedicated Staff according to the client’s ongoing needs and requirements.

Allied Health Assistant Grade 3, Support Worker
Jo established OTM as she believed quality Allied Health and Support Services should be available to every Australian Citizen. Jo is a very experienced Allied Health Assistant (AHA) and Support Worker (SW) specialising in Paediatrics, Aged Care, Neurological and Musculoskeletal conditions. Jo’s enthusiasm and easy-going personality combined with her professional approach and ability to adapt to any situation enables her to establish an excellent rapport with her clients of all ages and levels of disability.
Jo brings years of experience to OTM, having worked as an Allied Health Assistant for 14 years and obtaining qualifications including Certificate IV in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Disability and Support, and Community Rehab. Having children of her own and relatives with various degrees of disability, Jo has learnt valuable skills in caring and supporting clients living with disability, especially children.
Jo is very enthusiastic and passionate about assisting her clients with their needs and requirements and goes above and beyond to care for her clients and assist them to live their lives to their full potential. She is “on-call” 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and will do whatever she can to always assist her clients and cater for their needs.

Most of our Allied Health Professionals are also qualified Disability Support Workers, and can care and transport clients as a Support Worker, as well as conduct Allied Health Professional Services. This reduces the number of staff each client has contact with and strengthens the client/staff relationship. This arrangement also reduces the cost of attending appointments such as Hydrotherapy, as the Staff member who transports the client to the pool, can also conduct the Hydrotherapy treatment.
