With 4 years of experience working in the disability sector Gwyn’s roles & responsibilities cover various support types including community access, personal care and SIL, mental health support and capacity building group activities.
Having now found her passion as a support coordinator Gwyn has an ummatched understanding of the Hunter Valley support services community and potental activities available for participants. This enables Gwyn to be well positioned in supporting her participants in planning, goal setting, implementing and tracking of participant plans and maximise the impact of their funding on their quality of life.
Additionally, she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the legislation surrounding access to the NDIS for new participants and supporting participants during plan reviews.
