Supports particpants to understand and implement their support plan
Assists participants to achieve their individual goals as determined by the Allied Health Professional
Support Allied Health Professionals in handling appointments
Manage the administrative aspects of participant care
Provides ongoing Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech Therapy sessions once the initial assessment has been conducted by the relevant Allied Health Professional. This allows our participants receive more allied health treatment & support while consuming less of their allocated funding
